About Us and What We Do

 

As an independently owned and operated agency with two locations in Nebraska and we love to help people.  In 1978, the founder of Insurance Plus left his job with the intent to run our insurance agency.  Our founder’s desire to provide security is present in all of our agents and as a result we provide the best products and services possible. A benefit of being family owned, is that all of our agents were raised here, and are able to identify with your insurance needs. This allows us to have close family-like relationships with most, if not all, of our clients.  

 

Our Community Involvement and What You Can Expect

 

We’re members of the Fairfield Community Club and the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce.  We participate in local events whenever we can and we stay active in the communities we serve in many other ways.  Involving ourselves in our communities helps us give back and it makes us better insurers.

The hands-on approach that we take with our communities is similar to the approach that we take with clients.  We work closely with clients to identify the right coverages and to create the best solutions.  Once these solutions are in place we monitor them and we keep clients informed.  We also actively manage risk, and this decreases the chances that clients will suffer damages and that clients will have to use their insurance.  We manage claims, so if claims are filed then we support clients.  Also, we’re reachable at almost any time, so clients can get a hold of us whenever they need us.
